Dried Fish (Kinmedai)

Dried marine fish (ex. Kinmedai) is a kind of luxury ingredients of Japanese food, which is also high rank sea food.

If you visit hotels or traditional Japanese inns especially around Ito city, the Izu peninsula, you may have chance to eat some dishes with this high rank marine fish.

If you want to try to cook this ingredients and well prepare to challenge, you would enjoy this very Japanese taste in your home.

Summery:
This is a dried fish of Kinmedai especially this was made at a ferry port. (Then, this is one of special souvenirs.) We selected thick-cut goods ,homemade and processed with putting heart of the producers into the goods. When you cook this, please cut each portions as you like, and grill on low flame from the skin side. There is some scales on the skin, however, please eat with these scales, it will taste well.

⑤ Spotted shrimps are caught at only Suruga Bay in Shizuoka prefecture. And, this shrimp is very rare and valuable around the Glove. This rice cracker is containing spotted shrimp. Furthermore, the master's commitment and cooking technique made an excellent cracker with flavorful taste. Please enjoy the taste and finishing state of this cracker.
